Our Packaging
We pack all online orders in plain, black reusable postage bags with no indication of what's inside. When shopping in-store, your items are given the same discreet treatment, packed in our branded black gift bag for privacy on your way out.
For international orders, we write the company name as T&B and use broad terms for contents, such as "underwear," where possible.
Shipping
We offer free pickup in-store at Illusions Lingerie (22 Puckle Street Moonee Ponds VIC 3039)
A flat rate of $10 is applied for orders within Australia under $150.
Express shipping options are available at the checkout.
International shipping rates are calculated at the checkout.

Please be aware that import duties, taxes, and customs fees may be applied by your country once your order arrives. These charges may not be included in our product prices or shipping costs and remain the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information on potential fees before placing your order.

Returns

Rest assured, if your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, we're happy to accept returns of items in their original condition with tags attached. Just reach out to our friendly team within 30 days of delivery to initiate the process. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
