We've been so inspired by the parents who are reaching out to ask if we carry gender-affirming underwear for their kids. Until recently, we didn’t have these items in stock - but after hearing your heart-wrenching stories, we know we need to do what we can to change that. Supporting kids as they explore and affirm their gender can be a beautiful journey, but we know it can also be tough to find the right resources and products, especially when it feels like everything out there is geared toward adults.
That’s why we’re thrilled to announce that we’re expanding our range to include gender-affirming underwear and swimwear for kids! We want to create a comfortable, welcoming place where parents and their gender-diverse children can explore different options and leave feeling seen, supported, confident, and with a smile!

The Challenge with Ordering Kids' Gender-Affirming Underwear Online
We know how hard it can be to find the right fit - especially when the only options seem to be online or international. Many parents have told us about spending tons on products that just didn’t work for their kids. Between confusing size charts, high shipping costs, and the frustrating reality of not being able to return items that don’t fit due to hygiene policies, finding gender-affirming products can feel like a minefield. That’s especially true when sensory comfort is such a big part of feeling right in these clothes.
So we’re stepping in to help. By offering a range of sizes in-store and online, along with free fittings, we’re hoping to make the process less stressful for parents and more affirming for kids.
Our Growing Range: Sizes for All Bodies, From Kids Size 4 to Adult 4XL
We’re starting our kids’ gender-affirming collection with RUBIES Shine underwear, a trusted brand known for high-quality, comfortable fits and Banana Prosthetics for their high quality packers. This line will now be available in sizes from Kids 4 all the way up to Adult 4XL, meaning we’re ready to meet the needs of kids and teens through to plus size adults. And while we’re just getting started, our commitment to expanding this line is strong; we’ll continue to listen to your feedback, search for new products, and work toward creating a truly inclusive collection that supports gender-diverse kids and their families.
